It typically involves the transmission of content over the airwaves or through cable  and satellite systems to reach a broad and diverse viewership or listenership .Broadcast media includes television shows, radio programs, news broadcasts advertisements, among other forms of content that are disseminated to the public. This form of media is characterized by its one to many communication model, where a single message is transmitted to a large often geographically.
